ERICA PARTRIDGE BARNES
Partner & Managing Director
Erica Partridge Barnes is a Partner and Managing Director at Partridge Equity Group (PEG), where she combines financial expertise with strategic vision to support the firm’s growth and execution. She oversees the full accounting cycle for PEG’s portfolio while guiding entitlement processes, market analysis, and strategic business planning for future developments.
Her experience spans multifamily, condominium, and commercial projects, with a focus on aligning financial discipline with long-term investment and community goals. Erica also plays a key role in collaborating with legal teams and regulatory agencies to ensure projects are efficiently structured and successfully executed.
A graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax Virginia, Erica earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2019. Known for her analytical approach and ability to bridge finance with development strategy, she has been instrumental in advancing PEG’s portfolio and reinforcing the company’s reputation for disciplined execution and community-focused investment.

Christopher Partridge, Partner of Partridge Equity Group (PEG), has been active in the real estate industry since 1984. With more than four decades of experience, he plays a key role in shaping the firm’s investment strategy and pursuing new business opportunities.
Christopher is recognized for his vision and ability to anticipate emerging market trends, positioning PEG to capitalize on growth opportunities across multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use developments. His foresight and strategic approach have been instrumental in expanding the firm’s portfolio and driving long-term success.
DEREK PARTRIDGE

Derek Partridge is a Partner at Partridge Equity Group (PEG) and a third-generation member of the family business. He plays an active role in the firm’s decision-making and strategic direction, helping guide PEG’s continued growth and legacy in real estate investment and development.
In addition to his work with PEG, Derek has built a successful career in the film industry as a writer and director. His background in creative leadership has sharpened his ability to set clear goals, foster collaboration, and make decisive choices that lead to successful outcomes. Derek’s dual experience in business and film reflects his strength in vision, teamwork, and execution.
